Eiffel Xtreme Protect Grease CS-2

Description

Eiffel Xtreme Protect Grease CS-2 is a high-performance grease made of Eiffel Lubricants’ NEW GENERATION calcium sulfonate complex soap. This new soap has improved water resistance, load capacity, thermal resistance, and anticorrosion qualities while maintaining excellent pumpability and the ability to lubricate well at high speeds.

Even at high nDm, the NEW GENERATION continues to deliver remarkable results in terms of corrosion resistance, bearing lifespan, high loads, and thermal resistance.
• Outstanding anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion capabilities, even in the presence of sea water, thanks to the excellent action of calcium sulphonates.
• The NEW GENERATION of calcium sulphonate complex soap enables for great performance even in high-speed applications that would ordinarily require polyurea or lithium complex greases.
• It’s free of lead and other heavy metals that are hazardous to people’s health and the environment.

Application

• Suitable for lubricating continuous castings and rolling mills in steel plants, bearings in wet and dry (felt rolls) portions of paper mills, and all other industrial applications in harsh environments (wet, loaded, high temperature, dust, etc.,)
• Suitable for lubricating all types of components that are subjected to heavy loads, shock loads, and functioning in environments where the grease comes into touch with 3.water often (even in sea water due to enhanced antirust performance of the grease).

• When applying the grease, make sure it’s free of dust and/or grime.
• Use a pneumatic pump system if possible.
