EIFFEL DURA COOL ELC

Eiffel Dura Cool ELC is a fill-for-life antifreeze concentrate prepared with high-quality Ethylene glycol and an Organic Acid Technology (OAT) based corrosion inhibitor (BASF Glysantin G30) additive to enable year-round cooling system treatment. In a concentration range of 30% to 50% by volume, it is designed to provide total cooling system protection. It is based on mono ethylene glycol, which must be diluted with water before use, and is free of nitrite, amine, phosphate, silicate, and borate.

Description

Eiffel Dura Cool ELC is a fill-for-life antifreeze concentrate prepared with high-quality Ethylene glycol and an Organic Acid Technology (OAT) based corrosion inhibitor (BASF Glysantin G30) additive to enable year-round cooling system treatment. In a concentration range of 30% to 50% by volume, it is designed to provide total cooling system protection. Note:

Before using Eiffel Dura Cool ELC, dilute it with water. It is suitable with hard water and can be blended with tap water* before entering the cooling system to produce solutions with a concentration of 30 to 50% by volume.

* For the coolant preparation, use clean, non-abrasive water. Mining waste water, sea water, brackish water, brine, and industrial waste water are all unfit for use. The following parameters for water analysis should not be exceeded: 0–20 °dGH (0–3.6 mmol/l) water hardness 100 ppm maximum chloride content Sulphate content is limited to 100 parts per million (ppm).

If the water’s analysis exceeds the authorised limits, it must be handled appropriately, such as by mixing it with pure, distilled, or deionized water.

Procedure to use

  • Drain the previous radiator coolant according to the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Flush the cooling system with clean water to remove all residues of old fluid.
  • Drain the flushing fluid by removing the drain plug or the bottom of the radiator line, as needed.
  • The volume of engine coolant to be utilised in the system can be found in the Owner’s Manual. To get a considerable boost in cavitation performance and cooling system protection, use at least (33%) pre-diluted radiator coolant. Soft or de-mineralized water should be used to replenish the engine cooling system. This mixture will effectively guard against rusting.
